Agree.
Against any team our inexperienced lineup might struggle.
But the Panthers, they are clinical and ruthless.
Am hoping for a miracle, but bracing myself for what feels inevitable.

Hypothetical for you...
its round 27 and the wests tigers are guaranteed their spot in the 8, so benji wants to rest players. That also happens to be Magpies KOE first week of semi finals and they are in an elimination final... does benji get any pressure not to rest nrl players so it doesnt deplete the koe magpies side?
Reason i got thinking about this was because penrith completely sacrificed their koe side last year to give the nrl side the best possible chance.
So im curious if our club, the wests tigers, has this same philosophy?

Which sounds possible… I can see their origin stars having their minds on Melbourne game 2 and just hoping a cruisey game.
We really need to fire up and give it to them the first 20 mins, get up in their face and give them no space…because the thought of Mcclean and Jenkins in space is scary
I actually think Luai is the perfect player to put Cleary off his game, not many other players can pull it off

Remember guys, we are under-manned and playing one of the best teams ever. Don't let it ruin your day if it doesn't quite go our way. As long as the effort is there, I can walk away content.

Yeah, I can see meltdowns, left, right and centre. I get during the game, heat of the moment, it’s frustrating. But if we do cop a hiding, it’s not worth stressing over and overanalysing. We have some real winnable games coming up. Better to focus on those.

Crowd estimate today being a long weekend, and early betting, 16,000.
What do you think ?
Yeah as long as it’s not a massive blow out, I could handle 30-10 or similar but not 50 plus. Our F/A has already taken too much of a hit. That won’t bode well at the pointy end of the season.

I had every intention of going to this game, until I tore my hamstring earlier in the week . It’s a beautiful day, good day for footy.

Crowd wise, it would be good if we got 20,000 but more likely 16-18,000. Still good though.
That many injuries this year even the supporters are going down!
We just caught train in from mountains. Packed with Panthers fans as expected, with a few Tigers. We will wait for crowd to clear before heading home 🤣 Up the Tigers 🧡🖤🤍
Game day and it is going to take a huge effort to get the better of the panthers, especially when we are missing so many key players.
The panthers would be a tough game even with our full strength team so I can’t say I feel optimistic for a win but I would love to get one. If we can’t get the win I hope we can keep it from being a blow out score and that our team put in maximum effort for the full 80 minutes.
