TEAM LIST Round 16 VS Dolphins

Team List
Peter Taateo to be a late inclusion? played well in cup? could do 10 mins a half, we are short upfront
Would certainly add impact. Him for Murray and bench looks better. Jock to start for the initial sting of the game and see how we are tracking. Doueihi in for Makasini.

Happy with team announced
Still have Seyfarth who played his best game in a long long while
MRC think he tackles too hard, good so does Radley , Leinu , and especially
Sittili Tupounuia .About time we do the same
Likewise Herbert tackles hard .
We are still missing Samuela ,KPP and Twal and Hunt but I thought
Seyfarth and Pole and Sione stepped up to a new level last week and if they can repeat it partially makes up for the losses
However Sukkar struggles a bit with the pace of the game in 1st grade and
I thought Latu was a little slow to get to marker as was Lanyon but should be more match fit with the run
Need Douehi back asap as although Madden has a decent kicking game his
8 missed tackles led partly to some of the Titans trys

Jesus,, thought pole was a revelation off the bench on the weekend, now he is back starting… make it make sense Benji please? 🤔🙏

I've got a theory on Doueihi.

I, like many on this forum were, rightly at the time calling for Adam to be dropped because of his defence. We all acknowledged how good an attacking weapon he is but he was pretty bad in defence for a long patch.

He then turns the corner halfway through last season and having some absolute blinders this season until he injured his shoulder, some what innocuously, reaching out to score a try.

Maybe back when he was defending poorly, when he'd have a half heartedly grab or stick out a lazy arm he may have been carrying a shoulder injury? Once that had healed enough (maybe halfway through last year?) he became a tackling machine & showing no fear right up until he reached out for that try.

I don't know, just a theory.
I'm just at a loss at the total turn around in Doueihi's game?

How he's gone from an average defender to woeful turnstile only to then become a classy absolute grass cutter.....baffled. 🤔

Be good if the tuna fish had some out as well to even it up a bit. Anyone know their team list? I suppose a bit depends on how their rep players pull up from Origin. Hope they are smashed from pillar to post!

They have 6 reps, all named in 21 except Hammer I think.

I think travel will be a big part of it. Do they come to Sydney straight from Melb or go back to Brisbane and then back to Sydney?

It would help us a lot of a couple more are missing
