I remember tis as a kid. Esso Service station at the corner of Cox's Rd & Badajoz Rd, North Ryde.
His birthday wish was probably to avoid lung cancer
My younger sister thought she liked seafood because she had potato scallops.
1973 - Harold Park Paceway (Glebe/Forest Lodge).
From 1890 until 2010 it was a major Sydney trotting (and greyhound) racing venue.
In 1960, a world record crown over 50,000 patrons packed in to watch the final of the Inter Dominion.
2021: The site has been redeveloped into medium-density housing incorporating the adjoining former Rozelle Tram Depot, now a food and retail complex that opened in September 2016.
