Coach Benji 👑

If the high performance staff tick his card as OK then he should be able to play where the coach wants him to. He may not be at 100%, but so would half the NRL players at ths stage of the season.

If his shoulder is the issue that hus passing or tackling is below par it woudl be a known and accepted issue; however, shooting out of the line, chip kicks for himself, starving his outside men of ball are all things he surely would be aware of after the last four post match reviews.

Benji clearly wants to force change. IF Benji did nothing and we scored no points again this week plenty would want him hanging from a yard arm. He made a hard call, we don't have to like it, but we need to support him trying to do the right thing by the team in the eyes of the coaching staff who live and breathe this every day.
Bula is less than 90%, Adam is less than 90% then there is a issue that SHOULD have been addressed weeks ago by the Management at West Tigers, Our season is gone, our flegg played positive football is now playing aimless without that intent, So the positive spin has stopped and Benji needs to stand up and be accountable.

I get the sentiment, but the performance and coaching, along with the players (who would have been consulted) were of the opinion that they are fit enough to play. There are plenty of others at NRL clubs across the board being needled up to play so we can't use that as an excuse.

In the opinion of the coaching and performance staff AD and Bula, even at 80% are still in our top 17 and we were playing for our season. AD has not been able to recapture his form, and Benji has stuck by him for four weeks; showing loyalty and not swinging the axe based on one game. AD's performances as a 7 have regressed over that time - maybe it was simpy trying too hard and wanting to be the solution to allof the problems all of the time. Regardless of the issue, Benji didn't drop him, he moved him for the benefit of the team.

Benji is accountable for the on field perfomance and made a call; was it the right one? We will never know because a senior player has turned his back on his team mates, the coaching staff and the club. In my book AD has done his dash. This is a team sport and is built on mateship and trust. Put you mates before youself, each and every time and result will come. Me first that the place crumbles- this is on AD, not Benji.

Correct Jolls but this should not have come to this, It is just another poor reflection on West Tigers and this falls on Benji and Shaun, Last week's game against the Dogs showed we are disjointed and unresponsive, we played players last week that were not fit and out of form that is on Benji and Shaun.

I was thinking Benji will get the sh#ts with the drama.

It’s possible .. but I think it’s better for his image to see it out ..it mightn’t have much longer to play out the way things are going

He will be sacked next year I reckon .. possibly half way through unless there is a turnaround which I’m struggling to see happen … he’ll then be back in the media the following year …i

I get you point and sort of aggree; however, I would say it is more on the players and performance staff that give the thumbs up that they are good to perform at the required standard.

I don't usually think that sacking the coach is a good idea, but something seems seriously wrong here.

Why would AD just refuse to play over a position change?

I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't other issues that have been bubbling beneath the surface for some time.

Gotta get rid of HBG mate or nothing will change regardless of who the coach is

Can't argue with that with what the team has dished out lately but how do you explain the form when we were killing it, same coaching staff that delivered.
Luck with refs and injuries, a few games at Leichhardt to play us into form and good individual games from players like ad and samuela. We played like shit against the broncos and souths
