I feel really sorry for Benji. He's battling the entitlement culture from our HBG directors.

He can preach about standards, club first and earning the jersey all he wants. But until the same is done in our HBG leadership and its shown right through our organisation, the words will be hollow.

Fair. A coach can get rid of though. But no one can get rid of an owner.

I’m pretty sure this position switch would have been talked about many times in the past. It didn’t come out of the blue.

Everyone talking about if AD was fit he would of been picked on the NSW bench … as a utility player. Can you imagine a Blues forward gets injured and AD is told to get on the field and play lock but he refuses?

AD has just stuffed any option he thinks he has. Most clubs would look at AD and think he’ll end up in the forwards but by demanding he only play in the halves has done it royally.

I think Benji has had enough.

Whilst removing the coach is much more likely to happen I stand by my opinion… getting rid of this coach will not change anything ..we we will be here in the same position end of 2029 with a few more wooden spoons in Dennis Burgess office …

Until our top leadership leads by example, any issues should be laid firmly at their feet. Particularly a cultural one like this that aligns with their own "me first" behaviour.

I have been a massive supporter of Benji's but if he is to continue in this role he must have an experienced head alongside him, such as a Brad Arthur etc. The crew he currently has are not experienced enough and if he or the club continues with this next year sadly I don't see anything improving.

Yes and that’s why we have Neville nobody assistance , no threat to Benji , Still think Andrew Johns or Cooper Cronk a few days a week would have helped us greatly , Benji won’t change these guys even if we loose all our remaining games this season which now looks quiet possible , we could have changed these blokes last year and it won’t happen this year or next

Mate, first of all, that's not clear to me. AD has a track record with this and the way Luai & Co reacted to galvin, showed the level of respect for benji.

How about we talk about how the mob at the top ripped out his support with a premiership-winning admin when we were on the rise?

Look at the precursors to all this that put us in this position. We always do this.... blame the easy scapegoat, rather than the deeper, longer term, causes.

This stems from a lack of respect for the club, not just the coach.

I don't think people say get rid of HBG, they want the organisation gone. They actually want a change in the way the directorship works. For them to follow the report and do the best for the club and members of both HBG group and Wests Tigers.

Remember the guys that are the problem are not owners, they are supposed to be representatives of members.
