This is what the officiating is like in KOE, for those who don't watch it. But unlike firsts, the reserve grade team get an even share of the calls. The sub-conscious bias against poor teams is palpable.

I did see Bula beat a player on the outside when sweeping around the right. First time I’ve seen him beat a defender for a while. He did throw an excellent pass for Tavana’s try.

I did see Bula beat a player on the outside when sweeping around the right. First time I’ve seen him beat a defender for a while. He did throw an excellent pass for Tavana’s try.

A pass that was forward and he followed up later with a garbage pass to no one which almost led to another long range try. This is all after his piss poor efforts on at least two of the Raiders tries

At the game Javin and.Luia switching between 6 and 7. Both marshalling the troops. Bula has been pretty poor in defence so far. Need to go in for surgery now. Attack certainly looks better than it has over the last month.

Clear strip from savage (there’s no way you say he was just making a tackle unless you have an alterior motive)
Knock on by Sasagi is a knock on every day of the week (ref should have called it and video should have overturned it)
Roberts obstruction (firstly no ref ever calls obstructions they leave it to the video, secondly it wasn’t an obstruction, he ran to the inside shoulder and strange made a decision to engage with him)
Video somehow sees the ball touch Tavana’s hand from the Ariel shot. There’s no way you can make that call unless you have an alterior motive.
With time ticking Bula throws a backward pass along the ground, Raiders knock it on and it’s ruled a Tigers knock on.
