Years ago, I was informed the club received quite a healthy sum of money for playing games at what was then the football stadium and also ANZ. If as you have written we need to remain competitive by generating revenue, and we still receive a healthy sum of money for scheduling games at Parramatta, shouldn't all our games be played there?

If you're looking to maximise revenue and completely ignore heritage - that would be the logical move. A bit like when the Dogs left Belmore about 25 years ago.

The word "Wests" needs to be dropped off the name. It's an absolute marketing disaster; no other team has a compass point attached to their name. It's a negative word, that's where the sun drops at the end of the day. A continual reminder of reinforced negativity in many ways other than a curtain of darkness dropping on us..

Membership of wests tigers, aka paying fans, makes no impact on HBG. That's the whole issue. Even if we stop buying merchandise, attending games, and dump our "memberships", it will have zero impact on HBG. It's been the issue for quarter of s century. This stupid indentured system is what puts WT apart from every other system.

Yes, we are the ONLY club under the debenture system, can that be changed by any means so we are in alignment with everyone else ?
