Does the upgraded salary cap kick in instantly the year the new t.v deal does or is it incrimental every year. Reason i ask is when i heard 1.2 my eyes popped out of my head, then someone else mentioned under the new salary cap its only 6% of the cap, its not so bad.

No-one knows what the cap will be going forward at this stage. It's all guess work. Every increase in the past however has been incremental so I think it's safe to assume it will be the same for 28. Again no idea what those increments will likely be.
