apparently he is rejecting 800k from dogs
either dogs have to go close to 900k or 950k, if that happens paying Preston 900k is better than 1.2 million sam Fainu.

what would liam martin be worth ? I would rather pay liam martin 900k or 950k than sam fainu 1.2 million

Cheers for that. I like Martin on a short term deal.

I reckon if fainu asking big money then all those blokes probably will be as well.

Then joined the roosters and played some cup with the north Sydney bears as they were the roosters feeder briefly (also were south's feeder and Melbourne feeders)

People say Api is a bears junior too cos he played for thr Berala bears which were a Bulldogs district club.

Even Riccio seemed to talk Read down from that lofty heights 😂

If the club pays him that …seriously pack it up 😂…they gotta pay three brothers too…

Does the upgraded salary cap kick in instantly the year the new t.v deal does or is it incrimental every year. Reason i ask is when i heard 1.2 my eyes popped out of my head, then someone else mentioned under the new salary cap its only 6% of the cap, its not so bad.

It would not be a surprise to learn player managers have factored the rise into all their clients' new contracts when negotiating. It's the cost of doing business and that the NRL have allowed two new teams into the competition.
