Well that’s good news .. he does put his body in some awkward situations when attempting a tackle though .. needs to clean up his technique.

It’s amazing to see people not understand what others are saying. Head on a stake….thats really stupid.

No one’s saying he’s not tough mentally …. it’s physically where he falls apart.
Again and again … and again.
Even though this latest one doesn’t seem as bad as those previous it remains an unfortunate trend.
His woeful tackling technique doesn’t help his situation.
We’ve all been waiting for years for the promise to be delivered but he’s never on the field long enough to show much of anything.
The team can no longer wait.
We need to look elsewhere…. fast.
Thats not saying throw him on the scrap heap.
It has just become too hard to consider he’ll be a regular starter.
If he’s as good as people think then he’ll fight his way back.

I don’t think he means mentally.
The kid has a go, that’s probably got a lot to do with him not shirking his D, but he is not a man yet and his body knows it. A bit like Benji and many others. As good as he is, both ability and mentally he is ready for NRL but physically he could do with a slower introduction into NRL.
Once his body hardens up he could be a golden boot player. Managing this is key.

That’s unfair , is he trying to get injured, look back to Teddy and benji they where always injured, but they came back and Iam sure Latu will do the same

A repeat offender [always something-rehabs that take months].
Can you blame us for being sceptical?
All eggs in Latu's basket is risking 2027. Or do suffer another year of excuses?
We need some insurance---a plan C.

The fear of getting injured must get in his head space. Feel for Latu but I think its becoming more clear why his transition to FG has been, and continues to be a work in progress.
