Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Pretty sure he is signed until the end of 28. But agree.

Not according to that

Wonder if our Fijian connection works in our favour for his signing

lets throw away another home game advantage, magic round and a game in new zealand hosting warriors no less
this club has no idea honestly
I will point out to you that we had a 3-year deal with Christchurch 2004-2006, specifically to play the Warriors, we won 2/3 games.

Is anyone proposing that right now, Season 2027, Campbelltown and Parramatta Stadium are clear home ground advantages compared to 1 home match in New Zealand?

I'm told Heath Mason is a product of a disjointed Wests Tigers pathways system.

With no consistent fundamentals or club-wide style of play, he arrived in first grade underprepared, and the coaches had to spend time fixing problems that should never have reached the NRL. He's a talented kid and there's still a place for him at the club. He just needs some work.
I don't think he's physically capable, no offence to him. Too small, not notably fast or evasive. Hasn't shown particularly good hands or a kicking game.

IMO if you are going to run around on the lower side of size, you'll need to be more like Kini or Fa'alogo evasive person.

warriors in new zealand is an advantage to warriors
likewise parramatta at combank is an advantage to parramatta
if we play gold coast or cowboys in new zealand different story

it is one less "home game" members and fans should be getting, we already host magic round and get paid for it however it.shpuld he about obtaining a home advantage

But, again, who is paying for the Cowboys or Titans to fly to NZ?

Dolphins website has him signed until the end of 28

Who's playing the warriors to go to Dunedin? The host government has to make it attractive enough to cover the costs. This isn't a new concept, governments around the country have been flying two teams to their area to play for decades.

Really makes me cringe when this thread gets flooded with “We need to sign/chase player X” after a good game. Especially when you rarely saw their name before said good game. It’s like a sugar hit for a supporter to see an opposing player have a blinder. Then they become recruitment officers.

I'm confused. How would we not want to sign a Kangaroo level, multi scoring player who has played exceptionally well over an entire season? What are you talking about?
