It was Seyfarth that fell/tackled into him that caused the injury. Twal gave Seyfarth a gob full when he was down on the ground being attended to as well
Just finished a watch back after being at the game, the following stood out:
- no six agains for Tigers but should’ve had one the tackle before Curran charge down, where a fast play the ball saw markers standing next to each other (making them both offside) Api attacks one of the markers...
Yeah I think it was deliberate and poor by the game day operations. Not sure if anyone would listen if a complaint was made but it was classless. Surely there’s other moments in the match to show promos and sponsors
So nrl.com have a ‘vote for the nsw blues’ post on their main page, and have made a short list for each position. Te May doesn’t even get a look in! Use it mate, and rip Manly a new one this weekend
Coach Adel is the most thoughtful and informative analyst in any medium out there on rugbaa leeg. I don’t have many friends and those I do are irrational fans so really enjoy having a pragmatic voice whose opinions reflect my own. Enjoy hearing from him always.
Anyone watching last night might be shocked that Victor Radley’s hip drop that looked a lot like API’s send off tackle at Leichhardt - sees the rooster face no charge from the match review committee.
I will place a bet that Martin is named to play this week. The charge went from possibly being grade 1 offence to 2 the minute after coaches comments at the post match press conference.
I think that the club should lawyer up and get this downgraded to Grade 1. All the other Grade 2 offences this year have resulted in major injury. Not to say this is the way they should be adjudicate but the precedence is that this how they have adjudicated penalties for Dangerous Contact this...
Yeah Klein and Butler preparing another screw job. Just like Toddy last week with his made up rule resulting in a game leading penalty goal. Young bloke was 3 steps out of the ruck - cheers Todd!
