Yes, his defense isn’t as good as his run game and yeah, be great to get someone else to play 14 coming on for 13. If AD is gone, I’d call Kurt Mann instantly.
I just don’t see that as a determination plan that’s worked in the past. More successful clubs are more ruthless or more patient - not review third of way through the season.
It’s all such a shame. Think AD would be a great 13. I hope everyone involved is alright. I know us as fans are hurting but must not be much fun to be anyone with close association with the playing group and coaches.
Fair - his methods are effective but reprehensible. Vendetta against the club is probably too harsh, but there is a mountain of evidence That this wouldn’t be too far a stretch to suggest
This seems such a random and abitrary deadline to put on the coaches employment status. If your source is the someone on the board this reflects again on the poor decision making skills they have shown to have previous. Like when they were going to fire Madge, but didn’t after he spoke to them...

This - as some people have already mentioned - is - as always - about money. AD’s management has obviously found more money for his client elsewhere - which is suppose to not happen but does, and that’s their job to do just that.

I want to put all my effort into finding a new license holder for the club. I now don’t care about anything else. Once this changes, I’m sure everything else will be an easier fix.
After everything that has gone continues to go on, the biggest thing that has to change at the club is who holds the license. V’landys should’ve yank it last November… fans deserve more. HBG have had go, they couldn’t do it. Time for someone else to take the reins simple as that.
