It makes no sense that people are being critical of him now in performances where we've been totally thumped across the park that has nothing to do with him, but defended him when we had all the ball in the world in attacking position and produced nothing. He is what he is and he's performed...

Not much he can do in a badly beaten team but I feel like he actually wasn't too bad all things considered. We looked decent down the left edge. But glad people are starting to see he was never a 1.2m player. He's an average fg half.

This could've gone way worse. Realistically we're missing 5 of our best players. Take 5 of any team's best players out they struggle. Throw in a desperate opponent and crooked ref rigging it and thats what you get.

This ref is a joke. Someone needs to king hit him.

Ok we shouldn't be conceding tries like that, but the 6 again era shows how quickly a couple of crooked ref decisions can end a game.

Yeah he played relatively well. The penalty was a bit silly but he got pushed first and the ref was just giving cronulla every call possible at that point.

He's a back-up quality hooker and played like one. We can't have first graders as back-ups at every position. Of course the drop-off will appear steep when you're going from one of the best in the league to a reserve grader.

I thought he was ok. Big downgrade from KPP obviously but it is what it is. I think he'll be fine with more time in firsts given he's only 21.
