The Wests Tigers heritage deed is a binding agreement, in place until at least 2030, that prohibits changing the club’s name or mascot, regardless of who the owners are. My understanding is the ARLC will not allow breaking of the heritage deed, thus protecting the Wests Tigers name and mascot.
