I am glad he is leaving so we can all move on. I would rather keep Latu, Sione and Samuela than Galvin because if Latu left we could probably lose Samuela and Sione also.
Benji won’t do that. If he changes the halves it will be Api to halfback and Hope/TDS to hooker rotation.
But in saying that, Latu is back next week so he will choose the same team as yesterday for this week
You are 100% correct and what happens when he gets too big to play 5/8 and moved to second row?
Also if I had to choose between Luai or Galvin, I would choose Luai any day of the week. Too many times in the past we have relied on potential.
Jordan Miller will not be at the tigers next year. I have been told he has already been released, he will end up at the dogs or souths. He went to play for Fiji when he was asked not to by the club. This is apparently the reason.
If he wanted to play with his mates he would have stayed at Penrith. I get the feeling he is motivated to do something different like make the tigers a top 8 (and potentially top 4 team) to cement his legacy.
How is it a mess?
We need 4 halves for next year. Players get injured all the time and even if we don’t get any injuries, we can’t expect a 19 year old to play a full season of first grade.
There was an Instagram story a few days ago (I think it was JTJ) and it was Fitzgibbon on the bike with Ronnie Palmer next to him. JTJ was saying don’t be late mate and down the bottom it read 2 hour cardio session.
