You are 100% correct and what happens when he gets too big to play 5/8 and moved to second row?It is strange. The reality is he’s alienated himself from the squad and wants out. Now he’ll convince himself Parramatta is a better option for his development, but really he’s just ignoring the fact that the wasn’t a team player and that’s what turned the players off him in the first place.
He’ll blame Benji and his coaching, but what that translates to is Benji wasn’t rolling out the red carpet for him anymore and was actually demanding certain actions which Lachlan didn’t want hear.
Anasta has been the most vocal of everyone in our favour.Anasta, world class flog in any case.
It’s not a matter of siding with the team.I do want to think that.
But as an older bloke yourself (making an assumption) you'd know that relationships come and go in your teens and twenties. People go in other directions and make life changing decisions and people you were close to, you may no longer remain close to.
This is one of those moments with Galvin and his "crew", in my opinion. If they have half a brain (which I think they do), they aren't going to buy the bullshit and appreciate the toxicity and self entitlement Galvin has.
They are at a cross roads. I see them siding with the team....
And yes, that's what I'm hoping based on logic and judgement of character (or lack thereof in galvins case).
Most likely he will be representing NSW and Australia in future ,Remember he didn't star in the prime minister Aussie side last year so no sure who coached that team but there game plan for him didn't work either!!, he's an awesome player and a lose but , to come out and bag the coach and basically the players around him in regards to no bettering his game, with a year and a half to go in asking for trouble. 3 wins 3 loses and now this distraction . Let see how AD goes on Monday, then decide how long he plays reserves.Could also end up another Brodie Croft....
Doesn't do anything and ends up in England in his early 20s, playing well and begging for an NRL return.
Attitude is a lot & he has shown a real lack of class, directly or indirectly.
Richo must love checking his emails atm with hundreds in the peanut gallery telling him what they think the club should get in return. It’s one thing to talk about it on here with the rest of us plebs. Don’t email the guy.PLAYER SWAP OPTIONS
I emailed Richo on this - if its parra there is no one that is of equal to Galvin that they will let go. Moses and Lomax only and I would say Galvin is more valuable than Lomax as a half and with 15 years in front of him.
Richo needs to get the best player he can BUT also add that we can negotiate at any point in the future with up to 2 players, before their Nov 1 contract period and if a deal can be done wiht that player that they get an immediate release.
That way if they have a gun junior in two years, or a good player we need, we can get them over to us straight away.
Its like when we got Steff from Parra and they wouldnt release him early.
If we get this cluase in their with ANY team we do a swap with - then we can get two players in the future... basically cherry pick the ones we want. BUT thats on top of getting a player we want now - but as we've said there's probably no one of value. AND even if they are of value - because Parra or Dogs want LG so bad, i would still push for that clause in their.
Imagine this Galvin thing happened 3 or 4 years ago. The narrative would be that we are a terrible club and no one wants to play here and it's our fault. Now it's all flipped on its head.
It happens in all sports. Clubs and coaches can say anything to get a player over the line, but things change which is where a team first mentality is important. No one gets guarantees and if I was any club I’d be wary signing him now. Parramatta have shown a lack of leadership in management though so it wouldn’t surprise me if they overlook this and sign him, thinking they can change him. Maybe he’ll change, but it’s a big risk when it’s that amount of money. You are 100% correct and what happens when he gets too big to play 5/8 and moved to second row?
Also if I had to choose between Luai or Galvin, I would choose Luai any day of the week. Too many times in the past we have relied on potential.
In the same breath, when the majority of the media were beating down on us, there were a few that took the opposite view. There is still negativity from some in the media about the club being a circus and lurching from one crisis to the next … and they keep referring to the previous administration failings when talking about this issue
All that will really stop the next general media pile on directed at Benji, Richo and Luai is to keep winning games …
So one of the dossier dot complaints was:Anyone got access to this?

Behind the bad blood and tension that fractured the Tigers playing group
There has been a growing sense of frustration in the Lachlan Galvin camp since Jarome Luai’s arrival in Tiger Town over the summer.www.smh.com.au
For real?Grievance 1: wasn't allowed to do enough wrestling at training.
Goodness me.

You can't win everyone over, but the majority and the loudest voices are on our side.
Elias tried that shit on and was made to look the fool. It's very clear what's happened here and I honestly reckon it could have gone either way if it was another manager, but because people know that Isaac Moses destroys clubs, people have come out and been critical of Galvin and his management.
The sheer volume of people in the media that are now revealing stories about Isaac Moses and their disdain for him is amazing. It's clear that many coaches and administrators don't like dealing with him and he does not deal in good faith. This could almost tarnish him to the point where players may think twice before signing with him.
Clutching at straws really. So one of the dossier dot complaints was:
"The first related to a wrestling session, from which Galvin was removed by Marshall after five minutes. It was Marshall’s way of looking after his star player, a young playmaker who didn’t need to get involved in the grubby stuff at the ruck.
Moses, however, claimed that Marshall’s gesture was detrimental to his client’s development, arguing he needed the additional time at the wrestling session to improve the defensive aspect of his game. It was an accusation that left staff at the Tigers scratching their heads."
360 is on our side for once and for now… obviously because Anasta and perhaps Tallis have a dislike for Isaac Moses …the Fairfax/ nine journalists like Weidler and Chammas are already team Galvin
Both camps will just milk the story as long as they can .. and a Tigers losing streak would be manner from heaven
When Elias said “and he was in the team last year when they won the wooden spoon”, they should have said and how many games did Lachlan win without Sezer? How many has he won without Luai? That would have put it to bed.In the same breath, when the majority of the media were beating down on us, there were a few that took the opposite view.

Lol i thought the same thing. Hilarious. I can see him now.Richo must love checking his emails atm with hundreds in the peanut gallery telling him what they think the club should get in return. It’s one thing to talk about it on here with the rest of us plebs. Don’t email the guy.
