I hope Daley doesn't select any WT players.
Given Daley's abilities as a coach, Qld will probably win. Players on the losing SOO team are often flat afterwards, and don't play with the same confidence and zip.
If Luai is to partner Madden in the halves, he needs to play much straighter. Otherwise he disrupts the structure of the backline.
Does anyone know how Penrith's backs adjusted to his crabbing during his Panthers years?
Fletcher Hunt - what a half! Three tries and a try save.
Weird how Newcastle have these two home-grown super-talented players named Fletcher, who both have mullets.
Since Madden was going so well, Luai offered Benji to come back in reserve grade.
In hindsight, that was a great idea because Luai looked rusty. He could have gotten his chops back in the reggies, while Madden maintained his rhythm.
Benji got this one wrong.
Tigers had everything in their favour ... at home ... Haas, Carrigan, Walsh and Hunt out ... reality check.
Luia disrupted the team's flow. For a million bucks the dude needs to be MUCH better.
