Yes I agree with you about his kicking game unfortunately, to me though that's his only fault.

In my opinion Madden is one of our better players. To me he always seems with it and switched on and there are no dramas around him, he just gets on with the job at hand. To me we need more like him at this club.

I am very concerned about this "subject"(ie an experienced ear for Benji) I think that'll be our next BIG DRAMA. I don't think that Benji will take too positively to a "mentor" coach, (even though we all know that's what he needs) - and I can't see him taking to Flannagan if he were to be that...

Would Sandercock be of any use to Benji, he's already at the club, and done a pretty good job with the girls, I wonder do they have any interaction ? (Benji & Craig !)

Being thrown in the deep end does not give you experience. It just gives you the opportunity to make things up as you go along, to gain experience he needs to have an experienced level head with him, though I wonder would he listen to anyone else.

You hit the nail on the head achilles when you say that 'Benji DID NOT DO ENOUGH APPRENTICESHIP" and of course that has come back to haunt the club, that's why he needs a MENTOR, and I have the feeling by a few things that are being said now, that the club is looking into something like that if...
