But when you lose players on both edges for extended periods
May and Faniu + KPP and AD, then throw in API 3 week suspension and SOO (debacle) + Bula + Twal that’s a fair hit to your team stability.

Penrith have 6 recent SOO players
Tigers have 2 recent SOO players and in general no Tigers player would displace a player from the Penrith team

I think we are trying the Penrith model.
High completion and wear down the opposition, nothing to flash.
Unfortunately we don’t have the same level of player ability or team co ordination (possibly due to injuries).
But with our first choice...

BUT last week (2) and this week (1) we lost backs that impacted our available interchanges
Bunty and Pole can’t play long minutes
Seyfarth can play longer minutes but gets looser the longer he plays

I’m sure that’s not the instructions to players, but that’s what they provided for the full 80 minutes
Whenever Geyer is selected you know the Tigers depth is shot
At least 2 penalties , 2 dropped balls, 2 missed tackles (plus those he didn’t get to )
But he had a lot of friends that looked half hearted
I don’t know what he will achieve, I just see someone who had his own mental issues and never applied his ability and was spoon fed. That’s all out the window now and he has to show up and prove his an NRL player and today his saying all the right things.
It’s up to him, I hope he gets there
