The fact it was low impact is the most concerning, shows it doesn't take much to come out. Could be prior damage to the ligaments and tendons in and around the shoulder.
The way shoulder recos are nowadays if he gets it done asap, we should see him later in the season. Anywhere around 3-5months
It'll most likely be that he manages it conservatively (physio and needling) and will be back playing soon.
But if it dislocates again he will probably go straight to a shoulder reconstruction which is 3+ months... Fingers crossed all goes well and he only needs the surgery next year
