His tackle technique is where all of his injuries have come from bar the hamstring issues.
Needs to fix that and looks like he won’t get the opportunity in the off season now.
Richo mentioned about $1M. Not sure if that was the profit, but we let go of Klemmer, Bateman, Galvin, TDS without replacing them. That’s close to $1M between them, not to mention taking home games away.
So in theory if we played with a top 30 like every other club we wouldn’t have turned a profit.
This place has descended into fairyland again.
It might be fun to speculate about star players under contract coming to our destination club to play in their non-preferred position but it’s just a dream.
He’s the dogs X factor player despite all the focus on Galvin and Critto. I’d love to have him at WT.
That said, I don’t think he’s a 13 and plays Luai’s exact role. I think he’s only an option if Luai decides to take the opt out clause which seems unlikely.
True but we have him contracted and earmarked for the position. It doesn’t make sense to go out and sign someone else who isn’t going to move the needle on the field and may negatively impact things off the field.
I don't think he offers any more than Doueihi at lock and is a disruption off the field.
Unless Carrigan, Murray or Yeo suddenly become available our squad needs a prop more.
I’d pass on Radley.
Off the field he doesn’t help. On the field, he’s not really an 80 minute lock and was moved to the edge. I’d save the cash for a prop.
As I said earlier Roosters have been looking for a reason to punt him.
Laurie was very good for us in his first year, and generally good until Bula leapfrogged him.
I don't see Mason making it to 75 first grade games. Laurie is a big upgrade on Mason, and I'm not really a fan of Laurie after the Panthers fangirling antics when he was here.
