100%. At minimum wage, most clubs have guys who contribute very little. So even if Taylor doesn't play a game, its just a minimum contract player who opens up more money for other contracts

I can understand people having him above Dufty and Meaney (Who tore us apart in a style that if one of our players played, we'd be talking him up).
