I dont buy bagging Mason due to his height - If he had the speed of Jye Gray or Fa'alogo then he would be a weapon, fullbacks dont need height to be good. But he doesn't. He is someone who tries hard and thats about it. Hope on the other hand should not be playing again, his delivery is not...

All he's got is that inside/outside pass to Preston who makes him look a hell of a lot better then he is. Apart from that, he is doing the absolute bare minimum that a number 7 should be doing.... And the NRL world goes mad for it. It's sycophantic lol

He's a lazy defender and tbh doesn't look like he actually enjoys playing the game fundamentally. Has all the attributes to be top class and i hope he gets there but hes shown nothing to back up us putting all our hopes on him being a star. No matter what all his apologists say.
