Think the tide has turned and hbg ,West Magpie clutching on to any and all power thing is total paranoia.
90% power base ,they shafted 1 of the best administrators the modern game has
Relax ,hbg should just worry about their core business and let those that know what their doing ,run the joint,
If i was delusional as some Magpie supporters on here (Balmain was my 2nd team} i would be screaming blue murder - if anybody truly doesn't have a voice amongst all this rubbish , its the Balmain representative standing in the corner facing the wall
I do recall a little bit of that, so I stand corrected.
In saying that, I think the majority have the best intentions for the JV; most were probably acting out because we finally had some hope and HBG pulled the rug from under us, out of nowhere..

Thanks Cochise, I know your response was to the Chad, so all of the percentage breakdown of boards is noted.
However I’m sure it means nothing to most WT supporters whilst ever HBG decisions/influence keep sabotaging stable administration of WT.
Gee I wish HBG could just make decisions in the best interests of WT, unfortunately even if HBG may ‘think’ they can make the right decisions, history would suggest otherwise and the success of the last 12-18 months just emphasise HBG’s inability even further.
For WT supporters the last 2 weeks is just a snapshot of the frustrating life of HBG control 🤦♂️

I know next to nothing about the history of the HBG/WT issues. In the last week or so I'm getting the impression that even if all of the HBG reps on the WT board had the best interests of the Wests Tigers at heart, the entrenched magpie nostalgics would do their best to undermine any positive work.

This is a forum for fans of the Wests tigers football club.
When there are a subset of people who prioritise the HBG and their political agendas over the football club, it's only natural you're going to cop the mind of passionate fans.
And if we are talking about abuse, why don't we discuss the abuse of power from HBG and how's it is impacting the football club? Oh that's right, we have tired. But those who continue to defend them don't want to get into conversations because they can't answer any of the questions.. they just repeat statements, ignore questions, antagonise people and play victim.

Only about 500 today out the front of the bowling club this morning.

Turning backs to a game at leichardt is long term destabalisation is it? I guess if the bench mark is HBG, standards for strategic planning would be pretty low. Anyway, I am sure that there alot more influential people than me making moves behind the scenes.
