Cricket Season Thread

This is a really poor game.
More than half of the dismissals have been park standard.
In fact this whole series has been dreadful quality wise.
A real shame.
 
This pitch is a shocker
Almost certainly a 2 day test no matter who wins
Costing CA millions
Depriving the public of a couple of days of entertainment
26 wickets in 4 sessions
Test who wins is just pot luck whoever wins
We deserved our wins in first 3 tests by good margins but this one
It a roll of the dice
First time batting last might be an advantage with day 2 pitch that might just settle down a bit by session 3 day 2
Making me enjoy BBL more !

They reckon they missed out on 5 million at Perth. MCG at 90k fans a day could be a 10 mil missed out on.
Meanwhile the groundsmen are all booked in and playing golf tomorrow.

Think these 2 need replacing for Sydney
They have had more than enough chances
But I hope the SCG comes up with a batting wicket

Between the start of 2024 and December 27, 2025, the England men's cricket team lost 13 Test matches.
Gilly lost 11 his entire career.
 
Don’t you love how commentators have to polish a turd. Mark Howard called this an “extraordinary Test match”. Extraordinary being code for shit no doubt.

As you know Renshaw was my opener from the start Weathers was never knocking the door down, and yea big Beau should have been given a go.
