You know, if they are saying that clubs should not be penalised by having players suspended for club matches for an indiscretion in a State of Origin Match (recent case of a fine being imposed instead of suspension), then should it not also apply when a player has an indiscretion in a club match that he/she be suspended for what ever number of club matches, but still be available to play State Of Origin if it falls within that club suspension period.

Just a thought.

Crichton has got away with head high tackles and other cheap shots over the last two years , and Burton with the worst head slam I have seen in a long time , and he got nothing .
They are a protected team
 
Just reading about the crowd at Tigers game 17,000+, I’d say pretty disappointing for 2 popular teams, I thought at least 25,000.
Could have got 17 into LO or CSS.
Someone said crazy ticket prices ? Anyone care to comment ?
