Yes, that's what disappoints me the most. Just no guts. What happened to all that preseason /early season resilience and positive response to adversity? It's gone out the window to be replaced by a weak mental attitude and meek submission. Pathetic and I feel let down and angry about it.

Well the Panthers did beat the team coming second last week with some of their biggest Origin stars rested

If it was anywhere but LO, and if was anything but our last game there for some time, I would agree with you, but expect a good roll up ( weather permitting) to see if we can bounce back.
Then of course we can look forward to all those fab games at CSS !
 
Has api been picked for origin, on the Sportsbet segment on matty Johns they showed odds for motm and he was on there

Yeah, my initial frustration with officiating (which is in general as a game, not just tigers) eased off the shitter we were...

Its so disheartening to spend the money i do on memberships and merch for the family to watch that sort of performance.. its been the same bs for years.

How does it improve next year? We will have the same depth basically, maybe less. So a few injuries and we are back to this bs again?
 
Yep - same old same old. I'm not blaming individuals they all seem to go on and do well elsewhere - the list is long. Garner and Papalli two of our much maligned discards holding their own in Penrith' s top 17 and would easily make our squad today.
We just dont seem to be able to assemble and strengthen a squad that can rise through adversity let alone transition young talent effectively.

Stevie Wonder could see in the offseason that having to rely on first drop spine depth like Hope and Mason was not going to cut it ….but that’s what they decided to go with ?
