The Fibros and the Silvertails DVD Rugby League Documentary Roy Masters Les Boyd

Seriously, is anyone still interested in this trumped up Masters crap. We’re talking 40- 50 years ago. IMO no longer relevant in any way.
Not my era mate, but just posted in case it was a dose of nostalgia for someone. We don't get any joy out of the wests tigers, so nostalgia and old rivalries is all we have for alot of us.

Who is our biggest rivalry now? We don't really even have one.

Physical media is experiencing a resurgence.

Yes the margins are fantastic. But it's alot of work to scale the business.
Yeah I can imagine.

3rd party logistics might be better to avoid packing orders and shipping then focus on buying and listing?

Maybe too simplistic, but it's how a lot of one man shows scale after growing it to a certain point.

Amazon FBA allows you to do this.

You send items in bulk to Amazon's warehouse and they take care of shipping.

But Amazon here isn't as popular as Amazon in the USA and their fees are quite high.

I have enough on my hands between eBay and Facebook marketplace.

I know about Amazon and frankly they take all your profit with FBA.

I am talking about maintaining your existing sales channels and shipping your goods to a 3rd party logistics provider and they handle your pack and ship. There is no commission. Just a pick/pack/ship fee and a small rent on the cubic metres you take up in their warehouse...if you're at the point where you need staff but can't afford it, it can get you over that hump and allow you to remain solo until the economics make sense to hire staff and rent your own premises.

I honestly don't mind the picking and packing orders, what I struggle with is consistently listing, I might need to look into getting a virtual assistant for that part of the business.

Yeah fair enough.

VA is probably the way to go or if you're good with AI you can probably code something custom.

Good for you anyway man.

Not on this Forum but there are thousands of really old Magpie fans who venerate that side like they were the best team to ever play the game.
