Obviously we don't have two NRL quality halfbacks, so the backup half with also be makeshift. If Brooks is injured I think Madge will go with Benji's experience. Madden is too young.

I'm not sure how the ISP halves will work this year. Benji, Madden, Gamble all seem like natural 5/8's that can play halfback when required.

Very much looking forward to see Madge's mark on this team. I'm still not sure what style of lock he will go with but going off his comments in the article …combinations between certain players and the halves will be the key. So I'm guessing this may rule out a ball playing lock.

Looks fast and strong, good in attack and defence. However he is playing against future bankers and law students there but a lot of Internationals and top level players have come out of there.

I don't think Jennings was technically free yet we still signed him. Souths have excess back. I think they were looking to put Corey Allan in for Jennings. I would be targeted clubs with excess props because imo it's a high rotation position and is our weakest position.

Thompson played will in 2018 I still think Momirovski (centre) Jennings (wing) is slightly stronger than Jennings (centre) Thompson (wing). Although there isn't much in it. Also think Lawrence will start at left 2nd row but won't make all rounds and Garner will fill in.

Agree. If everyone is fit. 1st grade Brooks 7 Reynolds 6 Reserve grade Benji 7 Gamble 6 Benji will be cover for both 6&7 at NRL level

I would still like to see a backrow of Matterson, Lawrence and Twal at lock. IMO that would be a strong backrow. However I don't think we have the depth in the front row to see that happening. I think Twal will be used on the prop rotation or starting Prop. Now that Jennings has been signed...
