Tend to agree. Cup side is always in disarray as players are cherry picked for the NRL side when injuries hit. And he does seem to be able to communicate/coach/steer the young Flegg guys to play to their strengths but still in a team environment.

Because I know another Sultana, who was from Malta. and a die hard Rabbitoh 'n Shane Sultana teaches In Souths territory and probably related; I am guessing he has Maltese heritage? Just putting 2 'n 2 together maybe = 4?

My humble opinion is; I am big fan of Shane Sultana. (BTW, I used to work with another Sultana of Maltese heritage. Both of South Sydney background). I think he can identify and nurture future talent better than most. I've never met him; but assume the players show respect to his coaching...
