Yeah exactly. It feels like it is a complete logo redesign (one can hope it still is). But well, yeah.

We may take thing a little more serious than some. But from how social media is talking there is a fair bit of questioning and speculation going on out there. And after the last few months, our profile is noticeable by more people for not the right reasons and are not helping themselves with this.

Yep, just release it and move on. Don't make a big thing about it, unless it is a brand new logo (which is extremely unlikely).

The more I think about it, if the logo does end up being just the head with text underneath. This whole "A New Era" is going to be absolutely mocked for ages. It is going to just be embarrassing for the club, on top of everything else going on. A subtle change (which it really is) should not...

Yep, but maybe this is a hint at the new font. Slightly better than the generic one I used.

One of his better concepts for us (some have been absolute shockers). However the V's crossing on to the sleeves where it does wouldn't work as it would separate whenever a player raised their arms and would look wrong. Angle the V's a bit more towards the shoulders and it would work quite well.

Fair enough, well the above image I posted with it on the jersey looks fairly close to what I saw and the font is on the updated Membership page so it will likely be close (unless thangs have changed since I got the look at it).

Now that I have put it on the jersey below, this is basically what I saw (only difference was it was a digital jersey design not photoshopped onto a real jersey). 

This is certainly not 100% correct, mostly due to the length of time since I saw the logo and how small it was, but I believe this is how it is going to look. (Font is a guess) ![wests-tigers-membership-badge 2022...

Also @cochise as you sound like you have gotten a better look, would you say the font is very much like the new WT "Membership" text under the head logo?

I have no issues with the whiskers. I just feel that the new look was simplifying a logo that shouldn't have been simplified (as it was not really designed to be. The head alone just looks out of place, and the text an afterthought. The current logo may be a little dated (certainly something...

Too much credit, way too much credit, is there even a level to describe how much credit you are giving them.

All good if you have players who actually want to succeed rather than just collect a pay cheque.
