I’d probably go with Watson Ever in the centres of on the wing and Lomax into centre. I’d back Watson to beat To’a over 100 metres so his speed doesn’t worry me too much. That’s my thoughts anyway I’m sure others would have other ideas.

I differ with you here, I do think the 14 has to be able to cover more than the dummy half role if needed. I don’t mind Watson as the 14 as he can cover multiple positions if required much like Ben Hunt when fit for QLD. What I didn’t like this series is how late in the game Watson was put on.

The only reason I could imagine Bula taking up the players option (him) would be if the club (wests tigers) didn’t want to extend him and no other club offered him a decent contract. Which I can’t see happening.
