I assume he was trying to relieve the pressure on the young guys by giving them some 'freedom' to throw it around and have fun. (I bet they had a great time - not)! As I said, he would have learnt a lot from that one. Terrible coaching error - rookie mistake.

I actually think he is going to be OK. He's a quick learner by all reports. Another year under his belt and I think he'll actually be pretty good. This year will be still be a steep learning curve, but he'll have learnt a lot from last year - particularly the last round!

A cricket analogy would be an Australian batsman called Ross Edwards. Really limited in natural ability but his effort and dedication to become the best player he could be had him playing plenty of Test matches for Oz, when we had some great players - the Chappells, Walters etc. I like Seyfarth...

A little generous on some of those IMO - Stains, Bird, Klem, Olam. Even Galvin at this stage a tad too high. Maybe unders for Hunt given we use him correctly. Pretty fair assessment though.

An EH sedan was my second car - memories of resting my left hand on the gear stick to prevent it from jumping out of 3rd! I bought it off the original owner - I still remember the tears in his eyes when I drove away in it.

It was a shit car but it was 'freedom'.

He's certainly carrying an extra few kilos around the middle.
