Cricket Season Thread

We lose 3-9 in 24 balls with a 69 0ver ball from
2-237 to 5 -246 !!!
Thinking we get 500 now I will take 300
Smith on 48 and Carey the hope of the side
2 wickets from wild attacking shots and one from a leave
 
Talk about reversals
Our problem has been top 4 with no 5 and no 7 rescuing us
Today top 4 all get half tons and we are still in a bit of trouble
Head failure extremely rare but Marsh failure almost expected
 
The boys seem to have gotten a little complacent watching everyone else knock up 50’s…
A couple of wickets thrown away today.
 
Shout out to Capt Pat
He comes in with 23 balls of the new ball in fading light left
He faces 17 of those 23 balls for 8 not out
He protected Smith from the strike
6-311 ok I hope Smith repays the favour with at least 32 more runs tomorrow morning for his ton
Get 360 + we are ahead in the game
A lot is owed to Konstas who rattled the Indians and it took them half a day to recover

If we play this right the munchers may have to bowl every day of this test bar the last. That’s good heading straight to Sydney.

It deserved more than that,he is disgraceful but i am sure the BCCI will coerce the ICC into doing nothing at all

Kohli should be suspended for a match, but since he plays for India he will probably get slapped with the wet lettuce leaf saved for really serious offences in the NRL. The death stares Kohli was giving Konstas prior to the shoulder charge made me think it was premeditated, unhinged and entitled.

No mate, I’m on a mercy mission to the Sunshine Coast. My only sister , age 82, has lung cancer which has now spread to her brain so we’re going to have a final catch up ( as she doesn’t want a funeral).
A sad, sentimental journey but needs to be made.
We stopped in Sydney to have Xmas with my son and family.
Leave early tomorrow morning, staying in Grafton tomorrow night then on to the Sunny Coast. Not sure how long we’ll be there.
I’d say Happy New Year but I’m not feeling it !

It's not only the one suffering this shit disease but their loved ones too.
Screwed up our Christmas but just gotta keep punching
Stay strong Hal and even though it won't be easy try make it a happy time
