From recollection, we only let Ontini Large go because he wanted a clause in his contract for an early release if his progress was inhibited by being stuck behind Galvin.
We do the right thing and let him go. Now it has bitten us on the backside .
I work in a major bank , in Corporate lending. Im surprised how many clients have a facility or two with Pepper . Their lending policies are more “commercial “ than the majors . They are a decent player in the 2nd tier lending market .
