Agreed. We need to petition the league to stop giving points for the bye (which i believe is what happens in the SFL). It distorts the ladder.

That's true although he was on the end of a try that Balmain scored against Cronulla at Leichhardt in 1991 that had gone through about 14 sets of hands. It was referred to in our household as the best try ever for many a year.
