Given he’s unsigned for next year, I’d say it could go either way but if he plays well he’ll push his price tag up. The club should have had this all worked out by now and either choose to keep him or let him go.

The new clubs have pushed prices up, but I don’t believe that asking price for a second. It would make him the highest paid forward in the NRL and while I’m a huge fan he’s probably not in the top 10 forwards in the NRL.

Who called him a pre season superstar? He certainly didn’t. He’s a kid finding his way in his first season of NRL in a struggling club and with keyboard warriors like yourself calling him “damaged goods” I can see why some players struggle with mental health. Hopefully he doesn’t read this trash.

I think that would be very unlikely and Tartak doesn’t leak stories like Moses.

Not a bad idea for the short term. I haven’t seen any indication he’s cooked, and there seem to be more and more players still going strong in their mid 30s. Need more experience and depth so this is a start.

To’o would have been worse than Turuva here if we signed him. To’o is much easier to target.

Averillo and Brailey

Tucker is wrong and everyone else is right about Tedesco. Maybe he confused him with Mitch Moses. Can we move on? Any signings other than the 2 who played reserve grade this week?

Rumour is Saukuru is going to Parra. Averillo is probably not even 3rd choice fullback at Dolphins so I wouldn’t be pinning my hopes on him. We’ve committed to Bula so need to get his surgery done and hope he gets his confidence back next year. If he’s not fullback he doesn’t make the team IMO.

Guessing we can’t count today’s NSW cup game as the third game of Latu’s suspension? I think if you’re suspended from NSW Cup you’re also suspended from NRL so curious if it’s the other way around as well.
