We have Jock signed for 2 years with the Bronco’s paying us part of his salary. Great position to be in.

I’d forgotten I’d started this tread until it reappeared. I was on a celebration lap of the Balmain pubs after the Cowboys win. I think I was in the beer garden of Dicks hotel waiting for my brother to get back from the bar queue. It was a Saturday night after the afternoon L.O game, all the...

The WTs have adapted very well to V'landysBall /6again rules…or whatever you want to call it. Even though against the Knights there was only a couple of 6 again’s.. there was still lots of run meters and thats been the case so far this season. A.D and Luai both have strong running games...

Used to love TG Millner Field back in the day

I’m pretty close to Manly oval, always look forward to the local derby. Where you can watch it from the Bowling club veranda or pay the $12 entry and get cheap food and beers. Always a very good atmosphere.

New year. Different team. I see us beating the Knights string a 3 games winning streak together. I remember when we won against Canberra in 2024 it was the first win at Campbelltown in a few years.

Don’t know. Maybe it is the T&T deal.. but the way the forwards are going ..it will be unfair to drop one of them.

Madden’s goal kicking was the difference between winning and losing. Very cool under pressure.

Bula is also very good under the high ball.

3. Madden 2.KPP 1. Api Royce Hunt, Sam Fainu, had huge games.

I’m liking the Knights doing well. Watching yesterday’s game Knight V Raiders. Both those teams didn’t look to have the same level of defence as the WTs. If we continue to keep up the same effort in defence as we have for our first three games we should be able to beat both Parra and the Knights

Love how Latu speaks about Benji. Hope Latu stays at the WTs for long time. Lots of players play multiple positions of their career look at Luke Lewis and Dylan Walker (who Latu refers to in the article). With the speed of the game, HIA and other injuries..the mixed skills going between a play...

Versatility is the key. Yes you have freaks like Cleary that play like an experienced half at 20 but most number 7’s aren’t that their peak until they are in their mid 20’s. Jock Madden and Tanah Boyd are both about 25/26 this year. Mitch Moses, Nicho Hynes, Metcalf, Reynolds, Jahrome Hughes...

I only care when they disrupt the Wests Tigers board. Don’t love how we are the least funded team either. They are sh!t owners.

The halves job is to make those around him better. Galvin’ a plays are all about himself. I’d prefer Jock Madden at 7 than Galvin. Or in the Bulldogs case Sexton at 7 over Galvin.

In parts. Our 2nd rowers defensively are up there with the best in the comp. Injuries to our to starting centre have been unfortunate

Should it be ignored?
