Can't leave out the importance of Lyons knock today A very big 21 so far

150 to Renshaw ...great knock

This pitch has really flattened out .....maybe 400 is par Be interesting to see how our bowlers look on this pitch Wondering if Starc still has 140kph in him ....I noticed in Darwin and Mackay he wasn't hitting 140 ...high 130s generally

I think if you found the right song WTs fans would get behind it The million dollar question is what's the right song / anthem / entrance music

Yeah 3 or 4 for your best batsman I don't disagree with what you say , but in the end of the day for me where is Head best suited to bat . I reckon 4 or 5

Wouldn't it be great at WTs games if we could build the same pre game hype and passion as " Forever Blowing Bubbles " and " You Never Walk Alone " do at Anfield and Upton / London Stadium

Totally agree .....Test cricket HAS to remain the showcase of cricket Maybe we are both old 😆

We can't go through the next 12 months looking for two openers ....Head is so rocks and diamonds as an opener especially away from Australia Head can do far more damage against an older ball , maybe I'm old school but your openers need to be able to hold an innings together

Last time WHU had a play off final the grounds capacity was diminished....somewhere around 50 to 60 k .....listening to the WHU fans sing Bubbles that night was spinetingling .....almost as emotional as the last game at Upton Park v Man Utd .... great game as well .....3-2 over Man U

The final play off game still at Wembley ??

Nah mate Tasmania is perfect for him , not a stand out batsmen , not a stand out bowler , below Australia excellent fielding standards I think with Green at 5 ( or 6 ) we bring in a batsmen .....doesn't have to be an all rounder Bit like WTs fascination / infatuation with utility players at one...

Yeah I must have missed it .....Gonzo from Hammers Forum mentioned about QPR making the 8th spot ....and it was a what the ....moment 😆

Personally I think you move Smith to 3 ,Head to 4 , Green at 5 , Find a batting No 6 , Carey at 7 Redshaw opening and find another opener ......maybe Marnus until we find someone better Then in 2028 we battle to beat Ireland , Bangladesh and Afghanistan Stocks are really low batsmen wise...

Yep ....only thing we've agreed on cricket wise Wasn't Webster's innings exciting 200 strike rate wow

I see Kade Dykes has been released I don't watch much NSW Cup How is his development going

I think 300 on this pitch is about par

I'm sure Extras was born in Qld as well ....30 not out as well Very happy for Renshaw ....hope he ends up finishing his career like Hayden did

Of Course he did ....all the Qlders saved us Renshaw , Marnus and Cummins Now don't start this silly " but Cummins is NSWmen crap " again .....he has Qlder heart ....has to be one of us

I didn't realise the Championship play off's were know a 6 team play off

Jebus Ink .....every time I see this thread come up I freak out thinking he's coming back Needs a spoiler alert
