    Greg Inglis

Yep, it is getting closer. I hope he can string a series of coherent sentences together better than Gallen has from what Ive seen of Gallen so far.

    Greg Inglis

If i were WT I'd be looking very closely at this. The circumstances are different but end result same. I note Inglis says he's retiring not due to physical or mental injury and NRL are glad he will be an ambassador. I note that the NRL never said anything positive about Farah becoming an...

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Immaterial of actually who Maguire gets to sign for the club (and whoever doesnt sign offered contracts) it will be interesting to see the type of player he gets i.e how does he want to shape the squad seeing as this will be his first chance at recruitment and retention. I would imagine if its...

    Bankwest Stadium Community Open Day

That's fine. We know what they should call it then, but we can only find out as it unfolds. Cheers.

    Your Team v Slimey's Eels

I can't see any changes from last week's team except for whatever is happening with Jennings and Mbye.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Think it safe to say the rumour Rhyse Martin had signed with WT and it would be announced a,week or ago was incorrect.

    Bankwest Stadium Community Open Day

Fans can call it whatever they like, it's the media that have the responsibility not to be parochial and call it the proper name. Look how riled some people got when commentators would refer to WT as Balmain in the early days.

    Bankwest Stadium Community Open Day

As long as commentators call it WSS and not Parramatta Stadium I'm ok with the move as a temporary expedient. If the media call it Parramatta Stadium they will kill off any enthusiasm for any ohter teams playing there. I wonder what the NRL is saying to the media users as to what to call it...

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

True, but Klemmer also said he wanted / needed to get out of Sydney for family reasons. Locality wise WT had no chance.

**live game feed** vs Penalty Broncos

Yee haa!!!!!!! Go WT. What a nail biter, just when I was thinking here we go to golden point and we will loose then. Thanks MCK.

Taane Milne- The one that got away

Wasted his opportunity, not just at WT but other clubs too. No loss.

Agree. Masters can be 2nd string kicker, but he has not risen to the opportunity in this case.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Apparently Merrin wants to be choosey and go to a winning club. WT have no chance. I really think the draft has to be looked at again by the NRL- weaker clubs remain weak and stronger clubs get stronger.

    Your Team v Seibolds Donkeys

Agree, keep changes minimal but definitely replace Masters with kicking role- I'd promote Gamble and give him a shot at centre partner to Masters.

    Ryan Papenhuyzen

Thanks. Glad to see anyone take their NRL shot. Good to see he continues the seemingly endless WT trait of small but talented backline players.

Who is off contract this year?

I think Lawrence has earned the right to decide his next step, If he wants to stay at WT he is more than welcome. The only understanding we would require is form will select the starting 17, not loyalty- as much as that is these days. He would be welcome in my 30 man squad but there would be...

Who is off contract this year?

IMHO- end of 2019 definitely extend- M. Fonua, T. Gamble, C. Lawrence, T. Makaele, C. Thompson think about if favourable to us- J. Aloiai or M. Chee Kam (1 of the 2) going / retiring- R. Farah, J. Liddle, B. Marshall, R. Rochow. With Liddle time to look elsewhere, too injry prone and cant stay...

    Ryan Papenhuyzen

Has he bulked up? From memory, he was small framed and pretty much a lightweight.

    Brooks under pressure

NO, simply how long here have people complained players not being held to account for poor performance. Same with Masters.

    Brooks under pressure

If Benji is back next round I'd Marshall at 7 and Reynolds at 6\. Drop Brooks- poor performance has to have penalties. He can earn his promotion back.
