Benji left out of Kiwi Squad

The real test of this will be if they try to pick SBW! Even if SBW does not sign elsewhere quickly his league contract will have run out. If he signs on for union & they still try to pick him, then you'll know Benji was just dropped.

    Simon Dwyer - by Sterlo

Ink, that right there is one of my all time faveourite rugby league moments not just Wests Tigers. Brilliant hit that should've won us that final!

Confusion reigns over Manly Sea Eagles try record Read more

Only Manly has the arrogance to even ask for this. So by they're logic - All Ex-North Sydney players? Do they're points go to the Bears??? - And if so what about all the tries Menzies scored with lead up work by a Ex-Bears player? How can that be a Manly try? Every respected statistician has...

    Woodsy in origin

We tend to forget that Woods is still very young front rower. He will mature into a fantastic origin forward. Cordner was given more minutes but I thought he was incredibly slow in defense & we would have benifited from having Woods on the field instead.

    Red flag over Marshall's worth

I think what Benji has to realise is that he just cannot demand $1m a season at his age/history/form. The tigers do want to keep him, but not at the expense of losing Brooks and Moses. The tigers are well advised to allow Benji to go onto the open market… if only to show Benji what his true...

    Chris Lawrence

I thought Reddy scored that try from the backrow, because Lawrence and Simona were seen in a wider position as Reddy went through the hole infield.

    Joel Reddy

Having Reddy shift to the left second row position was great. I think having a quicker (centre type) backrow inside hime helped Lawrence out also. And lets face it the left backrower has been a definate weakness for us this year. I think Reddy can plug that gap.

    Tamou Arrested for Drink Driving

4 times over limit & no licence. Throw the book at him. Woods is the man for the NSW job anyhow.

    Sue

I do think he needs to be in the backrow, but the tight (middle) backrower. Would like to see Sue start in the 13 jumper & work his way up to being an 80 minute player. I believe he not only can do it, but will excel in this position.

    B. Marshall/ A Blair

Problem is… Now we have had so many injuries we cannot just drop players for lack of form now, even if players in the lower grades are playing 10 times better. Potters hands are tied by the salary cap, which ridiculous and not the salary caps intended purpose! The likes of Benji and Blair know...

Why it's not just players who should face the judiciary Paul Sheehan Sydney Morning Herald columnist \ \ This is not a column about sport. It is a column about cynical violence. NSW Cup Side Round 8

Does this mean no matter how good anyone outside the top 25 performs they will not be allowed to move up to 1st grade???? This is utter crap… if this is the case.
