    The new ATAR system

Doing well over the year and getting a good internal score will protect you. If you have a bad day in the external will be partially negated. Let's say you score 80 on the internal, then in the external only put up a 60, your final score will be a 70 which isn't too bad at all. The cumulative...

    The new ATAR system

Your ranking doesn't change for the internal component, but your external score will still be poor. The internal score I guess rewards those who do well at school for the year and doesn't punish people who have an off day or are extra nervous in the exam room.

    The new ATAR system

When I was at school about 10 years back it was a pretty simple system. You did all your internal work (at the beginning of the year you were provided with a handbook which told you for every subject what assessments would come up when and how much they would be weighted). The final task would...

    Trent Robinson is class!

He inherited a great side, however he's done a fantastic job at cutting the right players at the right time to keep them up there. Jennings, Maloney, Ferguson, Pearce, Napa, Watson, Guerra, SKD, Sheck are all players he got rid of at the perfect time or refused to pay overs to keep at the club.

    *Live* SOO Game 2 - 2019

Bellamy has said for a few years he's the first name on his team list. Considering the talent he has at his disposal it says a bit.

    *Live* SOO Game 2 - 2019

Blues forwards were incredible. Jake T, Saifiti, Vaughan & Finucane rolled down the field all night, whilst the likes of Napa, Fifita, McGuire barely had an impact on the game. Didn't help that DCE & Munster were non-existent & Ponga had one of the worst games I've seen him play.

Maguire: "It's a kick in the backside for us"

I agree, forget worrying about next season and try and get the best out of what you've got. Madge is a good coach and won't be worrying about 2020 when it's April and we're 2-1.

    Marsters Goal Kicking

Since Hodgson left the club a decade ago I think the only kicker we have had who hits them over 75% would be Rankin and he was a liability in every other aspect of the game. Goalkicking has let us down greatly over the past few years, we seldom win because our kickers are better but it costs us...

    Wildcard Weekend proposed by NRL

Melbourne in 2009 did it too, I'm sure another team has also done it from 4th. It has not happened from a spot 5-8 but it to me that's a case of when. Parra (09) & North Queensland (17) made the grand final whilst the Warriors (08) made the prelims. In 1998 there was a top 10 (20 team comp) and...
