Just watched it..liked it..lot more of the tactical stuff which was enjoyable..

A lot different approach to last week, I think it's better to show more stuff away from gameday, rather than just Madge blowing up (for good or bad) in the box and then laying down the law in the sheds. They also showed a lot more aspects of Madge's approach this week, how he does 1-1s, pulls the halves asides, talks to "middles" and "edges" etc.

Agreed..I don't believe he is a 1 trick pony he is portrayed either..this ep showed this in a small way..hope we see more in future eps...

much like life, the show is 1000x better when we're winning. I thought some of the stuff Madge spoke about tactically was interesting and the spotlight on Robbie was sensational. cracker episode. except for the Triguboff segment, I thought that was awkward as.

unfortunately tho, this next episode is gonna be horrendous. might have to skip it.

Only caught a small portion of it, solely to see Farah's input and must admit was impressed by him. The club did good to bring him back for his role and I look forward to seeing him in the future.
The boys would be missing the motivation he brings and he's even great value for Madge.

I really love how he supports the team.
Really cheers the team on and seems to genuinely believe in the players.
Doesn't seem to be a critical in the box as you'd expect a coach to be.

He certainly shows far more emotion than some others(Zombie Bennett for example) and takes after Bellamy in many ways.Any player that dosent want to buy into the culture he is trying to develop can leave.

The one thing this doco has shown that whilst we've been flogged by the top teams just how close we've been in most games this season only some bad luck bad decisions have come to bite us which all goes well for next year and years to follow believe it or not WT'S are building to something SPECIAL
