The weststigersforum.com member challenge has been completed!
As of 30 May, more than 1000 people have registered an account at weststigersforum.com, the biggest and best Wests Tigers fan site on the internet.

As we approach 100,000 posts, we are putting the challenge out to the wider community to come and join our massive community. There are still thousands of Tigers fans who are yet to have their say about the team, so if you haven’t registered an account do it today!

There are 8000+ season ticket holders, so 1000 is still pretty low.
 
To true. I know I was trying to hunt down a new forum after a clash with Sincas. A lot of the old names are back , but there is still quitew a few M.I.A .

8000? Tigers website says 6583 in the banner at the top.

Nevertheless, congratulations to all involved in the creation and on going running of this site. It fills a lot of the gaps in my day and is a wicked procrastination tool! haha

Second that. I've checked out most of the other forums at various times and this is one the best in terms of participation and being well moderated.
 
Hi,Congratulations to the Weststigersforum, on gaining more than 1000 members ! I have enjoyed being able to make a comment from time to time. However I think we have to be careful on the way we comment. Recently I found myself being drawn in to negativity towards some of the players, and maybe even Mr Sheens. At our club they are all doing a job, and they have ups and downs,as we all do, and we should think before we make some of our outspoken comments "public", afterall it is only a game !
 
it's a team effort Kingovkings09 and a tribute to the hard work done for many years by people like Sincas, some of the older mods who are no longer with us and everyone else.

It would be improper not to mention the fact that this place really got it's initial kick from the original official forum, so good on the club (and people like Cuzzo) for supporting it for as long as they did. :smiley:

Word of mouth is free and probably alot more effective.
So if you have friends or family members who are tigers fans and have an opinion or just likes the sense of community that this place can bring tell them to sign up.

Congrats Guys. I'm sure this isn't an easy task managing IT Issues and Personalities everyday.

Being fairly new to this Forum, I have enjoyed reading the views of fellow Tigers Fans. It's a welcome relief to be apart of the conversation, as being from the Sunshine Coast QLD, most up here still think Brisbane are the only team in the Comp.
