My friend (who is a league tragic) suggested the same thing to me after the Parra game. I remember telling him that they weren't that bad and actually had some talented players coming through. Thought we were buckleys of winning the comp though!!!

That thread is legendary in its absurdness. I also remember that year that Brandy Alexander tipped the tigers to "comfortably win the wooden spoon".
He was bashed alive as well.

I remember in 2005 Gorden Tallis said on tv that if the Wests Tigers made the top 8 that year he would play for them in 2006…
