2012 - Dream Team Comp

i also played both and will continue to play both. the coring of SC is higher but there is a lot more inconsistent players in SC due to tries being worth so much. DT is heaps better due to this reason and i think this points system will only make it better
 
Agree Bazz, Sc can see one oscillate between some awesome scores, but I found myself enjoying the DT comp more in 2011,

Only one for me in 2012.

I don't know if i could play more then one comp, coz it would just get to confuzing having two totaly different teams with two different scoring systems. But thats just me

I like these changes though, particularly how you can cancel your trades, and how you can shift players in your squad to different positions
 
Dont like the changes to the points for trys scored. Too many average wingers falling over the line and scoring highly.
 
Which different ones are there around these days?

I'd like to conduct a poll and get a gauge on which is most popular.

I know FOX do one, Daily Tele, NRL.COM ….others?

I found it took up too much of my time on top of tipping comps, so last year didnt bother for the first time in a while

Last year was my first year playing it, and i found it so addictive in the begining. The novelty wore off after a while, but i still enjoyed it though. Will play again in 2012\. I joined up to all three DT, NRL.COM, and the fox one to get a gauge of which was the best and found the DT one was the best. But people will have different preferences

I find them a lot more interesting then tipping comps, because the last couple yrs tipping comps have been guessing comps, and you're usually out of the running after a month. Well at least I am :laughing:
 
I have found it a great companion to the Non Tigers games and a great conversation enabler with my mates who are also into it.

The best think for me about this years comp will be that it will no longer be about getting tacklers in every position.

January 25 until the online Gate opens… (22 odd days)

I've done DT Supercoach two years straight and last year was the first time I had a crack at NRL Dreamteam. I think the points system for Supercoach is a little flawed. The player valuing system on Dreamteam was far superior to Supercoach as well. Some players were shooting up tens of thousands of dollars in value after turning just one or two above average performances out.

I think I'll just be doing Dreamteam this year TBH.

You're no Robinson Crusoe there Spartan, I've been watching the classic games on Fox whenever they screen them just for a small fix :laughing:

But I am CB… Off season has to be just that, the princess is a little uncomfortable with the tiger obsession by the kids and I, so I got to play it all down in the warmer months.

No fox as well, that went the way of private schools a while back.

Anyone else got their secret hitlist of players underway ??

seen Alien's name the other day. Lol he ain't happy about whats happening to the magpies. I think WT has lost themselves a supporter lol. Anyway starting to get itchy feet in regards to tipping comps, fantasy leagues and multis :slight_smile:

Im this close to loosing it….

I seemed to like DT better that SC in 2011 and with the new scoring I think DT will be the best by a long shot this season.
