I sort of see what your saying Hobbo, but wouldn't the NRL want the Titans to win now
I reckon the two big sides this season will be Cows and Warriors
Penrith played at their best and they don't have another gear

Yeah I can see the Warriors in contention but their too dumb to hold it together .

The NRL ad I liked the best, the one's with theme, That's my team, song by the Hoodoo Guru's.
This year ad, nothing that jumps out and grabs my attention.

We rarely get a lot of exposure in these ads for some reason, but it really doesn't matter because we get the exposure where it counts - our games on free to air TV quite often each year. Let the Cowboys and Penrith have prominence in the ad, it will probably be the only time we'll see them all season :laughing:
Well there was a bit of a sh*t storm on Twitter, with people contacting Grant Mayer unhappy that there was a 0.5 second shot of the shoulder of a Balmain Jersey next the the old Newcastle lady (right after goanna lady finishes making a fool of herself). Obviously very disrespectful to the JV.
Had to watch it twice before I noticed what they were upset about.
Mayer contacted NRL marketing to voice his disapproval.
FFS we must rival the dragons for having some of the most pedantic drama queens amongst our supporter base.

Bloody hell it's just a supporter in the crowd. And it's barely noticeable unless you're looking for it.
People who get upset by something as insignificant as that must have quite sad lives.

Does anyone else find it amusing that the NRL has decided to use a theme song for this year where they have to censor one of the lyrics? They have been playing the opening of it on Triple M, and they silence the word ass. Bizarre.
