2020 Membership

Purely by coincidence, I rang Wests Tigers the day after the opt-out period had expired, to ask if a decision re Robbie Farah as Wests Tigers Ambassador had been made.

I was told no decision had been made, so I asked to cancel my membership which was granted even though I was one day over the cut off date.

If Wests Tigers cant make a decision re Robbie Farah and announce it to the members in what I feel is a timely fashion, I reckon there will be other? decisions they also wont be able to make in a timely and professional way.

Right, ok. Obviously I don't like the guy either. But there's no way it would influence my membership decisions.

Yeah, I don't get it either! I guess he is an out of towner as well so the membership may be of lower importance to him.

I'm leaning that way.... Very frustrated with the club and the NRL, my interest is waning... Tho my missus enjoys coming to games with me and gets right into it even tho she supports another team first, I'll check the draw when it comes out and more that likely go round again 🙄

I"ll probably go again but i'm really at the end of my patience now. The main reason i'm continuing on is i support what Madge is trying to achieve. If it was purely front office stuff i'd be out like a rat up a drain pipe, but i'm finding despite all the crap this club puts us through, it's the NRL themselves that are turning me away. Honestly though, if our club was well run and successful i could probably put up with the crap from the NRL much easier.

Just happily renewed for the 2020 season...Im backing Madge to fix the mess we find ourselves in.

I'm in - every year! Doesn't matter if we come 1st, 9th or 16th, every year is a new opportunity and a fresh slate.

I like rugby league, I like committing to ~8 games per season, means I can put them in the calendar in March and tell my wife that I'll be out that afternoon.

Don't get enough success and you opt out, fine. Long history of losing the Tigerpies, I would have thought some of you would be used to it by now! If losing was my issue, I would have opted out way before 2005.

Just happily renewed for the 2020 season...Im backing Madge to fix the mess we find ourselves in.

I'm going to renew as well

As others have stated I'm frustrated with the NRL and our club as well with certain things

But I like Madge and believe we should give him a chance to get his roster together before deserting ship

Like I said it is frustrating

Problem is the IC and Matto dramas weren't our fault but we seem to be always rebuilding and chasing our tails because of all this crap

Hopefully with Madge in control things will quickly turn for the better

He is already doing a great job

When you consider Reynolds Matulino Packer McQueen hardly played this year that's over 2mil of the cap sitting on the sidelines

I had to redo my membership Package as it doesn’t exist heading into 2020 season, easily enough to negotiate just sign into your WTs account and choose the new one...You also get the opportunity to remove the tick for the automatic roll over for future membership if you don’t want it.
