Poor bench management by England - Litten should have been rested earlier to come back on later in the game. They then swap Litten for Lewis and only give him 12 minutes when the game was as good as over. Lewis should have come on for Harry Smith who is a good organising half but has no attacking skills whatsoever. Had Litten been given a break earlier they could have finished the last 20 mins with him at dummy half and Lewis and Williams in the halves - far better attacking setup than what they finished with. Just appeared to me that after the first half when they had so much ball and couldn't crack the Aussie line they seemed more intent on closing up shop and limiting the scoreboard ticking over.
