Heard a few of the "experts" saying this is the years Sharks take it out.

Think both Manly and Sharks are top 8 teams but both very far from taking out the trophy.

Storm, Penrith and if / when Broncos fire, they're the ones who will go the distance. In my opinion.

I think Nicho is a gun player but inconsistent and goes in his shell too often. Not sure how they can fix his shortcomings.
As for Brooks, he's got the right 7 outside him to unlock his game but once DCE retires, Brooks will be back to his old self.
 
with 4 games in a row it’s clear to see how much better the panthers are than just about anyone else .
Their intent with defence and control of game are just levels above .
A really crisp attack is about the only chance you have against them . Try and grind with them and that’s your road to oblivion.
The intensity of this game , whilst scrappy , is just levels above anything else I’ve watched today.
It’s not pretty , but it’s soo effective in its brutality .

Sharks have a good squad and plenty of experience. I wouldn’t write them off.

broncos go pretty close
as a half they need the cattle around them, manly have that sounds brooks doesnt have to do too much and could be right place right time but turbo and dce need to stay fit, manly coach is pretty ordinary.

agree inconsistent is probably a better description for nicho rather than over rated for sharks

as for us I think if Galvin, luai api stay fit we can finish 7th or 8th
took a bet tigers to make 8 and Dogs to miss 8 at $6.30 so see what happens
 
Just as an aside while it's half time.

To those that laughed when I said that when Garner was here playing second row, he was still the best centre we had.

Have a look who is playing centre for the 4 time premiers. 🤣

Beautiful ballplaying from Kenny and Cleary deserved a try.
